This modern holiday home is situated in a prime location in the popular Jan Thiel. The location, stylish interior, and hospitality give you a feeling of coming home. And where better to do that than in this ‘home away from home’ with everything within reach?
The space
What makes this accommodation special is its location; a 1-minute walk from the supermarket, and 3 minutes further you step straight into Jan Thiel Beach with all its restaurants, bars, shops, and of course, the famous happy hour.
The house consists of a kitchen with a combination oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and a cooktop. Ideal for when you want to prepare something yourself during your holiday. You can eat inside at the wooden bar or outside at the cozy round dining area.
For enthusiasts, there is a Weber Smokey Joe BBQ available.
The bedroom has a double bed, enough (storage) space, and a place to hang your clothes. The recently renovated bathroom contains a shower and a toilet.
If you are coming as a party of three, it is possible to add an extra full-size bed, or a travel cot for the smaller guests. There is also air conditioning in the bedroom.
Bed- and bath linen is provided upon arrival, including Walra hammam towels for the beach or by the pool.
The entire grounds are fenced for your privacy; the outdoor area consists of a wooden deck with 2 luxury sunbeds from the brand Roolf. There is a dining area with chairs and a wooden seating area with a shaded canopy. The swimming pool is shared with our other mini-villa, but experience shows that you will have it to yourself most of the time.

For stays of 7 to 9 nights, it is possible to book a towel package. For stays of 9 nights or more, a minimum intermediate cleaning fee of €120 is charged.
Deze moderne vakantiewoning ligt op een échte A-locatie in het populaire Jan Thiel. De ligging, stijlvolle inrichting en gastvrijheid geven u een gevoel van thuiskomen. En waar kunt u dat nu beter doen dan in dit ‘vakantiethuis’ met alles binnen handbereik?
De ruimte
Wat deze accommodatie bijzonder maakt is de ligging; 1 minuut lopen van de (bekende) supermarkt en 3 minuten verder stap je zo Jan Thiel Beach met al haar restaurants, barretjes, winkels en natuurlijk de bekende happy hour binnen.
De woning bestaat uit een keuken met combi-oven, koelkast met vriezer en een kookplaat. Ideaal voor als u tijdens u vakantie eens zelf iets klaar wilt maken. Eten kan je binnen aan de houten bar of buiten aan de gezellige ronde eethoek.
Voor de liefhebber is er ook een Smokey Joe bbq van het merk Weber aanwezig.
De slaapkamers heeft een tweepersoons bed, genoeg (opberg)ruimte en een plek om uw kleding uit te hangen. De recent gerenoveerde badkamer bevat een doucheruimte en een toilet.
Indien u met drieën komt is er de mogelijkheid om een los volwaardig bed bij te plaatsen, of voor de kleinere gasten een campingbedje. Tevens is er in de slaapkamer airco aanwezig.
Er is genoeg ruimte om kleding e.d. op te bergen. Bed- en badlinnen is aanwezig bij aankomst, waaronder hammamdoeken van het merk Walra voor mee naar het strand of voor bij het zwembad.
Het gehele terrein is omheind voor uw privacy, het buitengedeelte bestaat uit een houten deck met 2 luxe ligbedden van het merk Roolf. Er is een eethoek met stoelen en een houten zitje met schaduwrijk afdak. Het zwembad is gedeeld met ons andere appartement, maar ervaring leert dat je dit het grootste deel van de tijd voor uwzelf zult hebben.
Toegang voor gasten
Parkeren kunt u gratis voor de ingang van het terrein.

Bij een verblijf van 7 t/m 9 nachten is er de mogelijkheid een handdoekenpakket bij te boeken. Vanaf 9 nachten of meer wordt er (minimaal) een tussenschoonmaak á €120 gerekend.

From getting fresh croissants at the supermarket around the corner to having your feet in the sand or enjoying happy hour at Jan Thiel Beach in no time. Fancy trying a different beach? Mambo Beach is also just a short drive away, making it easy to switch things up during your stay. Of course, no visit to Curaçao is complete without exploring the colourful heart of Willemstad. Hop in your rental car and, just a little while later, you can be strolling across the famous Queen Emma Bridge. And you won’t have to spend hours in the car to get to the airport either.
